I'm a seasoned strategic HR/ People leader experienced in building People Ops systems and facilitating organizational development. From nonprofits and EdTech to start-ups, I've helped organizations scale, improve culture, and champion equity and inclusion.

Having spent 15 years working in the social sector, I’m committed to doing my part to improve the lives of people, particularly those who have been historically excluded and marginalized.
